Welcome to Koinonia (coin-oh-KNEE-uh) Senior Care!  We are delighted you want to know more about our employment opportunities!  All of our positions are part-time and are 2-4 hour time slots, depending on the needs of our senior friends.  This is intentional on our part as we believe the shorter time frame keeps our employees fresh, excited and viewing their time serving as a ministry instead of a job.  

Our ministry would not exist without our highly valued Enrichment Team of employees and volunteers.  They are the backbone of this ministry and are critical to the success of God’s reputation through Koinonia Senior Care, Inc.  Therefore, we prayerfully consider persons who embrace our mission to captivate our community with the character of Christ through quality CARE. This means that we strive to connect people to people and to God’s love for the purpose of enriching lives by providing quality CARE in such a unique, personal, and Christ-like manner that our glowing clients and their families are our best advertisement to the community; they become raving fans of God and how He is providing for them through the acts of kindness and services of Koinonia Senior Care, Inc.

Each Enrichment Team member contributes their own unique gifts and talents, but we all strive to practice the Golden Rule and a strong work ethic.
